The Chroma Project Bag Kit by Kristine Vejar, co-owner of AVFKW // featuring fabrics naturally-dyed in the A Verb for Keeping Warm studio.
This bag is an exploration of color, both in terms of how to work with natural dyes to expand and change the palette, and how to incorporate naturally dyed color into design where multiple colors interact.
The Chroma Project Bag is an easy project to make and it provides endless possibilities to play with color and develop your own favorite color combinations. Once completed, not only can it be used for carrying your current project, it is also a great size for collecting treasures found during walks through the forest.
We have created kits using the same materials Kristine used in her project! This includes three naturally dyed fabrics, natural twill tape, and naturally dyed sashiko thread. You have a choice of two colorways: Foliage (yellow / green) or Roots (tan / brown). Please note, all three color options will have natural colored linen twill tape.
The Chroma Project Bag Kit includes enough fabric to create one bag in either the large or small size.
Please note, this kit does not include instructions. If you need a copy of the instructions, please add the PDF to your cart below.
